Since the last post my Facebook group has gone from 0 to 37 in a week. I am overwhelmed, with the response.
If you do one thing for me please just share and interact with my posts and pass on my information to anyone you feel may need it.
I have haven’t always been this confident. But but as some of you will have seen I have been promoting body confidence over the last couple of days on my page. As a larger lady this will continue as everyone should love themselves. But I think its time to get back to the business of my purpose. π
Back to business
Grief comes in all shapes and sizes. Sometimes people don’t know how to deal with it or indeed recognise it.
The following info graph is to help anyone who might be going through grief currently or know someone who is going through it.

Do you recognise any of these? I know I do. NOW.
I wouldn’t have in 2015 when I lost my dad. Unfortunately I was just going from 4 to 5 when I lost my Cat. Those who know me will know how much Ben meant to me and how he helped me through my marriage break up and the loss of my father. So I went right back up to level 2!… π€¦ββοΈ
Even now, years later, I am still at level 5. That might surprise alot of people but the grief doesn’t actually go away. You just learn to live with the loss.
So, all I will say is Be Kind to yourself and anyone who is struggling right now. It will start to ease as time passes.
The pandemic hasn’t helped with the grieving process and funerals won’t have been what you wanted for anyone you have lost. So why not have a service to celebrate the life of your loved one and help with the grieving process.
Thankfully as restrictions are being lifted more people can now attend funerals services.
Do get in touch if you have any questions.
Thanks for reading, till next time
